Digital strategy, growth and client partnership
Eighteen years in digital and e-commerce, the industry itself, not adjacent to it, across technology, performance marketing and the commercial side of building online businesses. That is a rare combination of two halves that usually sit in different people: someone who can read a P&L and read a query plan, and who has watched enough launches to know which one is about to go wrong.
A background in Computer Science Engineering and an MBA in Marketing & International Business, applied to building digital ecosystems for clients across the USA, e-commerce, nutraceuticals and skincare. The analytical, spreadsheet-deep approach that earned him the name “Excel Wiz-Kid” among peers is the same one that keeps Intelus engagements measured rather than assumed.
At Intelus he owns the commercial side and the client relationship: how work is scoped, what it costs, and whether it actually landed after the invoice cleared. He is the reason a project has a defined outcome attached to it before anyone writes code, and the reason clients come back for the second one.
“A build that nobody uses is not a build. It's an invoice.”
